Tonight, ABC is airing their show about Denise Amber Lee on Primetime:Crime. I went to their website to verify that it was on tonight. They have a long article with Denise’s story, along with a short video (that doesn’t seem to be embeddable). Even though I know this story inside out, I can’t seem to read about it without being brought to tears (which makes things interesting when you’re at work). There’s also information there that I had not read before, including the fact that several other people witnessed Denise struggling in the car, but did not call 911, thinking it was a domestic dispute and not wanting to get involved. I drive through that area all the time at right about the same time (during my many trips to WalMart). Would I have called 911 if I had witnessed it? I’d like to think so. I know now that I will never disregard something like that simply not wanting to get involved. It may look like a domestic dispute, but you just never know.Anyway, go here to read the article….but be sure to have your Kleenex handy. You’ll need them.
